Memorial Day Weekend we will be closed Friday, May 24th-Monday, May 27th.
Picture day is held at the studio and will be on Sunday, June 9th this year. Times are posted in the foyer. Please arrive early and be ready to go 15 minutes before your scheduled picture time in case we are running ahead of schedule. If you are not planning on coming to picture day, please let us know.
Competition Team Information Meeting:
Monday, May 20th at 6:00 pm at the studio. We really recommend coming to the meeting if available as we will go through all the details of the team. If you are interested and cannot attend the meeting, please email Tara at email@example.com
All forms were attached to the April newsletter, but there are extras at the front desk.
*All messages and ads are due May 15th.
*Flower orders can be made online this year- see flyer online or in the studio- they will also be sold at the show.
*DVD orders are due by June 15th- checks made out to Ray Zanta.
June tuition will only be half. The tuitions for May and June have all been added to your account, so if you check your balance due at the desk it will have all tuition due before the end of the year. ALL TUITION MUST BE PAID BY JUNE 10th IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO PERFORM IN THE RECITAL.
Recital tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 & under. Children 4 and under are free, but if they will be sitting in their own seat they will need a ticket. Performers do not need tickets. Tickets will be on sale by May 15th. Please also tell all your friends and family coming to the show about the ticket prices. If you are not a competition team member and are in both shows, your details will be emailed again and your stuff will be at the front desk with your name on it.
Recital tights are in and will be handed out with your costume, or separately if you already have your costume. They can be exchanged for another size ONLY if they have not been opened. There is a size chart on the back of each pair.
Please check our list of names at the front desk to make sure we have your child’s name spelled correctly for the recital program. Also, if you are receiving your 5- or 10-year award this year, please make sure we have your name on our list. Those awards are given out at the finale of each recital.
For all classes ages 3-8, we need one parent volunteer to sit in the audience with the class. Please let your teacher know if you are interested. Dancers do not need to stay in the dressing rooms during the recital, but they do need to sit with their class so we are able to find them to bring them backstage for their dance.

Summer is a great time for new students to try out a dance class so don’t forget about our referral program. Get a copy at the front desk if you have a friend looking to try out a class.
